By using SnapBPM, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use of SnapBPM means you accept any changes.

What SnapBPM Does

SnapBPM is a free, browser-based tool that detects the BPM (tempo) and musical key of audio files. All audio processing happens locally on your device. We do not upload or store your files.

Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for the highest possible accuracy, BPM and key detection results are estimates based on algorithmic analysis. Results may not be 100% accurate for every track, especially for songs with tempo changes, unusual time signatures, or complex harmonic content. Always use your own judgment when relying on these results for professional work.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use SnapBPM for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our analysis code
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the site in bulk
• Interfere with the site's operation or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
• Use SnapBPM to analyze files you do not have the legal right to access

Intellectual Property

The SnapBPM name, logo, design, and underlying code are the property of SnapBPM. You may not use our branding, design elements, or code without written permission. Analysis results you generate from your own audio files belong to you.

Your Audio Files

You keep full ownership of any audio files you analyze. Since processing happens entirely in your browser, we never have access to your files and make no claim to them. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and analyze any files you upload to the tool.

Third-Party Content

SnapBPM may display advertisements from third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party advertisers. Interacting with ads is at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

SnapBPM is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times or that results will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapBPM and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to inaccurate analysis results, data loss, or service interruptions.

Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to SnapBPM for any user who violates these terms or uses the site in a way that could harm the service or other users.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of SnapBPM will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SnapBPM operates.
